A foggy, grassy forest path at early morning with the quote "people start to heal the moment the feel heard" in front of it.

Therapy For Her

A modern take on traditional talk therapy.

This is for the Overthinker

Thinking in and of itself, is not the issue. Deep thinkers usually have a deep feeling ability as well. Experiencing feelings deeply is a superpower. The problem arises when a simple thought spirals out of control into new thoughts, and the plate of stress becomes hard to digest. Overthinking is a fearful movement of the mind; panic attacks, irritability, difficulty concentrating; all common physical responses to an overloaded mind.

It’s a full plate and you’re trying to unscramble the pieces without having any room to move.

Signs of anxiety overload:

  • suddenly feeling panicked or recently new to panic attacks

  • shaky hands

  • trouble falling or staying asleep (your mind just runs and runs)

  • you hate making decisions and would rather just go along with the majority rule vote

  • you put others’ happiness in front of your own most of the time

  • messy spaces feel really uncomfortable

  • you are always planning for the what-ifs; you always have a plan

  • you are likely a people pleaser, mediator, organizer, “yes” person in social groups

Here’s how it works:

Tell me your story. Tell me what happened to you, what your home dynamics/relationships were like. Tell me what kinds of friendships you had. I want to know what your experience was like at home. What it felt like in your home as a kid, is the starting point of the narrative you experienced.

You will learn to remove items from your plate that do not serve you anymore. This may include~~~~~~ people/places/things

Clear your plate - clear your past.

Clear your past - clear your mental load.

Listen to your emotional dialogue for clearer direction. Thought spirals are not working.
